Responsibilities: We need an exceptionally talented Recruiter in San Francisco, California to help our client identify the best talent to support the organization. The Recruiter will work with senior management to strategically hire both intern and full-time entry level talent to the organization. The Recruiter will also manage the Operations Management Trainee Program for the Customer Operations organization. Customer Operations is the company's front line with over 3 million members. The Operations Management Trainee Program is a twelve month job rotation and leadership development program that exposes participants to the dynamics of the health care coverage industry. The program consists of operations training and job rotation to understand the core of the business by engaging in frontline representative duties in Installation & Membership, Customer Service, and Claims. This is a unique opportunity to nurture and grow existing leadership skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day campus recruiting activities of multiple business units

  • Manage recruiting efforts at target schools

  • Develop full-time and summer hiring plans per school; organize the season's strategy and execution, including ways to develop broader and deeper campus relationships

  • Run campus events, information sessions, and interview days

  • Establish and strengthen campus relationships with career centers, student clubs, administration, and faculty

  • Identify, screen and interview candidates

  • Manage offer process

  • Assist with on boarding efforts

  • Coordinate and execute networking and educational events

  • Contribute to and develop strong marketing materials for use on campus

  • Provide metrics and reporting

  • Gather competitor intelligence

  • Keep current with graduate news and industry insights

The successful candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and Human Resources business partners. The Recruiter will have a track record of being exceptional at candidate generation, client/account management, organization, and an ability to prioritize. More specifically, the Recruiter will have:
  • Campus recruiting experience is critical, at least 2 years running a university program and 5 years of HR or recruiting experience

  • Flexibility in dealing with multiple candidate profiles

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task

  • Results-oriented: ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients at varying levels of seniority to achieve high quality results

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Must be willing to travel during recruiting season

  • Bachelor's degree
